Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in St. Louis, MO.

When will my order ship?

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed (unless otherwise noted).  

All orders placed between 5:00pm CST Friday - 11:59pm CST Sunday, will be processed the next business day.  We do not ship weekends and holidays so our staff can spend time with family and friends.  

Did my order ship?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.  Check your spam folder if you didn't receive an email in your regular Inbox. 

How do I return an item?

I made a mistake in my shipping address, how can I fix it?

Please send an email to lachicgems.service@gmail.com with subject "Wrong Shipping Address" as soon as you can so we can correct your shipping address.  We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, so it's best to let us know as soon as possible.
